Tender Description:

The purpose of the tender “Purchase of Workstations, Laptops and Printers by FINCA Bank Georgia in 2017-2018”is to select a supplier to provide FINCA Bank Georgia with workstations, Laptops and Printers in 2017-2018. The contract will be signed for 1 year and FINCA Bank Georgia will undertake the obligation to purchase requested quantities of the equipment in the given time period. In case FINCA Bank George remains satisfied with the Goods and service offered by the supplier during those 12 months, the contract would be extended for the next 12 months with additional quantities of equipment.

Acknowledgment of receipt of the invitation to the RFP (a standard form given as Annex #1 to be filled in) should be replied via mail (scanned) by December 13th, 2017 and hard copy included in the envelope contents, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or otherwise. Please use acknowledgement of receipt form included in the RFP pack.

Submission Terms:

The bids (in English) shall be received not later than December 22th, 2017 via sealed hard copy and electrical forms (CD) at HO of FINCA Bank Georgia at 71 Vazha Pshavela avenue, III Floor, office N12, 0186, Tbilisi, Georgia, during the working hours 9:00 - 18:00 and dropped into the locked box.
